Product Overview
The increased safety type capacitor -HRTEP is a special explosion-proof type of explosion-proof capacitor, which is used in industrial enterprises where flammable gases exist.
The enhanced safety capacitor -HRTEP, all parts of the equipment adopt electrical reinforcement measures to further improve their safety and reliability, effectively avoiding the possibility of sparks, arcs and dangerous temperatures generated by them. Some structural measures and safety requirements are taken and proposed for the capacitor to make it impossible for it to become an ignition source of flammable gases.
The components are made of high-quality imported metallized polypropylene film. After undergoing processes such as slitting, winding, and end face gold spraying in a dynamic purification environment below 10,000 levels, they are sealed in explosion-proof containers. The capacitor is filled inside and strictly sealed.
Safety performance
The capacitor is a dry-type power capacitor with self-healing capability. It also features overcurrent, overpressure and over-temperature protection functions, which can quickly remove faulty units to ensure the safe operation of the capacitor.
Discharge characteristics
The capacitor is equipped with a discharge resistor. Within 3 minutes after the power supply is disconnected, the residual voltage drops below 75V.
The capacitor is equipped with an explosion-proof safety device for starting pressure and has fireproof and explosion-proof functions.
