Product Overview

The thyristor switch -HRDQ-TSC is an electronic power device capable of rapidly switching on and off parallel power capacitors. Its electrical structure mainly consists of a high-power anti-parallel thyristor module, isolation circuit, trigger circuit, synchronization circuit, protection circuit and drive circuit, and is equipped with terminal blocks for controlling the conduction or cut-off of the switch The control logic voltage is 0V (cut-off) and 12V (conduction). This switch features simple installation, convenient maintenance, fast response speed, no inrush current during switching, stable and reliable operation without noise, and phase loss protection. It is an ideal device for switching capacitor banks in dynamic reactive power compensation devices.

 

Product features

The thyristor switch -HRDQ-TSC adopts pure imported bidirectional thyristors. The pre-charging trigger logic enables the next round of switching without waiting, truly achieving high-speed switching of less than 20ms. The trigger circuit determines whether to output a control signal (DC12V) before and after the voltage crosses zero, thereby causing the thyristor to turn on or off. Put in when the voltage difference is zero and cut off when the current is zero to ensure there is no inrush current during input. Thyristor switches operate noiselessly and cause no mechanical wear, making them suitable for applications with rapid load changes. They can track load variations in real time and achieve dynamic compensation. When working in coordination with the power quality controller, it can monitor parameters such as the operating temperature, operating time, and compensation current of the switch, and upload various statuses through communication.

The heat sink adopts an all-aluminum structure. After adding a cooling fan, the heat conduction speed increases several times, greatly improving the heat dissipation effect of the thyristor switch. Meanwhile, the temperature-controlled variable frequency speed-regulating fan of the thyristor switch can reliably ensure that the thyristor operates within the specified temperature range, significantly extending the service life of the device. The product has a protection grade of IP40, and its dust-proof capability has been enhanced several times over.

The integrated circuit adopts effective protection circuits, including over-temperature protection, phase loss protection, low-voltage protection, etc., which enhances the anti-harmonic capability of the switching module. Meanwhile, the anti-interference circuit design enhances the switch's anti-interference capability, effectively preventing thyristor breakdown faults caused by false triggering, and has passed the fourth-level EMC test standard. It has stronger anti-interference ability and higher stability, which greatly improves the safety performance for use.
